MEDITATION POP-UP SUNDAY • OCTOBER 27 • 4-5PM

Join us for our first meditation pop-up in our new home, Studio 1104, located at 1104 W. Cabarrus Street. This is a free event for high school students. Students will learn techniques that are proven to ease feelings of stress. No previous experience is necessary.

NOVEMBER Mindfulness for Teens Class

This class is for high school students ages 14 – 18. It is a great introductory course. Students learn basic skills and bio-hacks to shift stress and anxiety. The curriculum we will be using is Koru Mindfulness. Koru was developed by counselors at Duke University. It is a course that is currently taught on high school and college campuses around the world. To get an idea of some of the things you will be learning, please check out the student resources page on the Koru website.

During the class students will practice at home for 10 minutes each day. It is important for students to attend all four classes.

Dates: November 3, 10, 17 & 24

Time: 4:00 – 5:15 pm

Cost: Sliding Scale $75 – $125

BACK TO SCHOOL MEDITATION POP-UP

Join us for a FREE group meditation practice to work with those first day jitters. This is a great way to start your school year with some tools to bring calm to all the excitement and stress!
